One of the big principles that I learned was listen carefully, respond creatively. This simple mantra of listen carefully, respond creatively can be applied to any business because we all have customers that we're dealing with relationships with them. But how are we hearing what matters most to them? So Darren Ross would teach his people, alright. Hey. You have customers coming in to stay at the hotel. Ask why are they here. You know, ask what are they trying to learn? What's their experience they're looking for in Hollywood? You know, he shared with me one example of a family that were big Marilyn Monroe fans. And they came to see her star on the the walk of fame and they they went to see her in the wax museum. So the receptionist simply said, okay great. We're glad to have you. Once they left, she went and got a poster and put a poster up in their hotel room and said, thanks for coming to see me. Love, Marilyn. Crazy, maybe even a little creepy, but the customers and the guests absolutely loved it. So we look at every single touch point like that to listen carefully, respond creatively. I remember giving a speech to a company that does big rentals and trucks, and I told them that my son, my two year old, loves their trucks. The next week, I got shipped a truck with, with his name on it. It's those little touches. And, with the bananas, our team is constantly looking to see what matters most to our people. Do you know what matters most to your customers? Whether it's their family, whether it's their hobbies, how can you do those little moments to listen what matters and respond creatively?
