From invitation to participation

“How can I get them to create?”
Make the ask worth answering.

Your best contributors have customers to serve, systems to connect, and work to finish. A useful prompt respects their expertise. An easy response path respects their schedule. A reward recognizes their time.

The knowledge is already there. Contributors share what they know; MarketScale’s AI tools and professional editors help shape that raw material into useful content. Rewards adds appreciation to the B2B UGC model, giving your team more opportunities to discover a helpful answer, a fresh idea, or a story worth telling.

One request. A clear exchange.

Ask. Contribute. Say thanks.

01

Make a focused request.

Choose the contribution you need, the reward value, and available gift-card choices. Set the completion requirements and budget before you invite your crowd.

02

Let expertise come to you.

Contributors answer and submit their media through the request. People using an open link can respond without creating a Studio account. Their email connects them to the reward.

03

Recognize the contribution.

After qualifying completion, the contributor can choose and claim an offered gift card. Your team reviews the content separately and decides how to use it.

Beyond your org chart

Your next great contributor
may work somewhere else.

Build a request around the knowledge each person has. Explore these example prompts.

DealersTurn buyer questions into useful answers.
Example request

“What is the one question customers ask before choosing this product? Record your answer and show us what you recommend.”

Capture the objections, comparisons, and practical advice your dealers hear every day. Give marketing a stronger starting point for FAQs, sales clips, and product education.

IntegratorsBring the thinking behind the solution into view.
Example request

“Walk us through one integration challenge. What did you connect, what was difficult, and what would you tell the next team?”

Surface the decisions that make complex systems work. Turn hands-on expertise into solution explainers and lessons other buyers and partners can use.

InstallersShow the work that rarely reaches marketing.
Example request

“Show one installation detail that makes a difference. What should someone check, and why does it matter?”

Collect field tips, demonstrations, and practical know-how from the people doing the work. A clear, focused ask makes contributing manageable between jobs.

CustomersLearn from the people using what you make.
Example request

“Tell us how your team uses the product in a typical day. What works well, and what would you improve?”

Invite candid experiences, useful ideas, and real examples. Recognize a qualifying contribution regardless of whether the feedback is positive, and review content before publishing.

Decentralized creation. Centralized control.

More voices in the program.
More knowledge to work with.

Marketing becomes the conductor: choosing the questions, inviting the right voices, and setting the standard. Rewards helps bring expertise from across the business and beyond it into that rhythm. Your crowd contributes wherever the work happens. Your team directs the requests, manages spending, and decides what gets published.

A contribution is the beginning. In the MarketScale content operating system, capture connects to AI and professional production, review and approval, and distribution. A useful field tip can become product education. A customer’s experience can become an approved sales asset.

Participation

Appreciation

Make thanks part of the experience, so people know their contribution is valued.

Ideas & expertise

Invite practical answers and perspectives that a central marketing team may never hear.

A repeatable program

Pair clear prompts and recognition with a steady rhythm of requests to encourage people to return.

Start with appreciation

Your first thank-yous
are included.

Put your plan’s one-time starting Rewards credit toward qualifying contributions. Start with a specific question and a small group, learn what gets a response, and build from there.

Scale · Business · Riserva$250One-time starting credit

A simple planning example: at $25 per gift, $100 covers four rewards and $250 covers ten. You choose the available reward amount and set your budget.

Illustrative math, not a response forecast. Credit is a one-time total per plan and does not renew monthly. Additional reward spending is separate from your subscription.

Make engagement measurable

Count the contributions.
Look for the value in them.

For your first round of requests, track invitations, qualifying responses, repeat contributors, and reward spend. Then follow the work: which ideas became useful content, which questions helped sales, and which voices you want to hear from again?

Use these as program measures, and compare similar requests over time. Results depend on your audience, prompt, reward, and follow-through.

The practical details

A few things to know.

Can we reward contributors outside our company?

Yes. Use rewarded requests to invite dealers, integrators, installers, customers, and other contributors. People responding through an open link can submit without creating a Studio account. An email address connects them to their reward claim. The request states its completion requirements and reward eligibility.

When does a contributor receive a reward?

A response must meet the completion requirements shown in the request, such as required answers and submitted media. Qualifying completion makes the reward available to claim, subject to the request’s stated terms and availability. The contributor chooses from the gift cards offered at that value. Content review continues separately.

Who controls the reward budget?

Your team sets the reward value, available reward count, request budget, and company spending limit. Studio uses available promotional credit first, then prepaid funds, then the saved Rewards card. Additional reward spending is separate from the plan subscription.

Which plans include Rewards credit?

Basic includes $100 in one-time starting Rewards credit. Scale, Business, and Riserva each include $250. The credit does not renew monthly. Use the credit to thank contributors for qualifying responses and get your participation program started. These are the total included amounts for each plan, not amounts added together across tiers.

Are all the gift cards shown always available?

The artwork shows examples from the US gift-card catalog. Available brands and denominations depend on the current catalog, reward amount, and recipient eligibility. Each request presents its available choices; merchant terms apply.

Knowledge lives with the crowd

Bring more of it into view.

Bring the people closest to your products, customers, and work into your content program. Make a thoughtful ask. Make appreciation visible.
