We also use automated tools, including AI models, to assess whether a submitted business email domain belongs to a verifiable organization, for security, fraud prevention, and lead qualification (our legitimate interests). These assessments evaluate the email domain and public information about the organization, not your individual behavior, and you may request human review of any outcome by contacting privacy@marketscale.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, meet operational and analytical needs, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. Account and transaction data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus applicable legal periods. Marketing data is retained until you opt out. Analytics data is aggregated for statistical purposes; individual data is deleted after a reasonable operational period.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encrypted transmissions, access controls and authentication, and monitoring and threat detection. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
