Available globally from September 2026.

COPENHAGEN, July 1, 2026. Jabra has added three headsets to its Evolve3 range: the Evolve3 65 Flex, Evolve3 65, and Evolve3 45. The professional-grade lineup targets desk-based, open-office, and hybrid workers with advanced voice pickup, in-call active noise cancellation (ANC), and audio tuned for AI-driven communication tools.

Jabra research found that 73% of employees struggle to hear other participants in hybrid meetings, which reduces the effectiveness of those conversations. As voice becomes a more common input for tools such as speech-to-text and meeting summaries, the company has tuned the range for accurate pickup across different working environments. All three models share Jabra ClearVoice technology, in-call ANC, secure Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, and central management through Jabra Plus and Jabra Xpress.

The three new models

  • Evolve3 65 Flex: a foldable, mic-arm-free design for people who move between locations, with adaptive 4-mic ANC, over 95% voice pickup accuracy for AI tools, and up to 16 hours of talk time.
  • Evolve3 65: built for open offices, with adaptive 4-mic ANC, 3-mic ClearVoice pickup, and up to 31 hours of talk time.
  • Evolve3 45: the lightest on-ear model at around 100g, for desk-based work, with essential in-call ANC and up to 21 hours of talk time.

The wider Evolve3 range also includes the flagship Evolve3 75 and Evolve3 85 for more demanding communication environments.

Shared features

  • Jabra ClearVoice isolates speech in busy environments, with over 99% voice pickup accuracy in open offices
  • In-call ANC reduces background noise during conversations
  • USB adapter and dual connectivity for simultaneous computer and mobile connections
  • Compatible with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
  • Replaceable batteries and ear cushions, with recycled or bio-circular materials and FSC-certified packaging

Pricing and availability

The new models are available globally in black from September 2026. Manufacturer's suggested retail prices are €299 / $389 for the Evolve3 65 Flex, €253 / $299 for the Evolve3 65, and €199 / $199 for the Evolve3 45. More information is at www.jabra.com/evolve3.

The way people work has changed dramatically, but many companies are still trying to solve every communication challenge with the same headset. Desk-based callers, open-office professionals, and hybrid workers all face different communication demands and design requirements. When audio performance doesn't match how people work, it becomes harder to deliver a consistent call experience across the workforce, which impacts both conversations and the AI tools increasingly built around voice., Calum MacDougall, President, Jabra
