MarketScale: Transforming Media with AI-Powered Writing
MarketScale's AI-Powered Writing is a revolutionary tool for generating high-quality written content. Whether you need to summarize media, create blogs and whitepapers, or develop strategic documentation, this feature is your go-to solution.
This tool uses your first-party data, ensuring content is generated directly from your own sources. This enhances relevance and accuracy while maintaining data privacy and security. Unlike third-party tools, there is no need to transfer sensitive information outside your organization, reducing data breach risks and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Getting Started with the Writing Tool
To use Chat, MarketScale's AI writing tool, first select the media you want to use for your written content. Click Media Studio to enter the proofing room.
MarketScale automatically transcribes your media. Click the Transcript option in the top right of the Editing room to access the written transcript.
The Transcript feature is a powerful tool. You can edit the transcript directly, copy it, or download it as a PDF.
Before using it for writing, review and edit your transcript for accuracy. AI-driven transcription is typically 98-99% accurate, but checking details like place names, titles, and acronyms can reduce rework later.
Once the transcript is proofed, access the Chat module via the left side toolbar.
Chat is intuitive and easy to use. It sources data from the transcript to facilitate rapid content creation. You can type a prompt or choose from nine preset options, such as Blog Post or Case Study, and provide specific direction.
After entering your prompt, hit Enter, and Chat will generate your written content automatically.
Use the prompt interface at the bottom center to provide further direction if you want Chat to refine your document.
Once your document is ready, click Send to docs in the bottom right of the writing block, then switch to the Docs module in the left-hand sidebar.
Docs is a collaborative space where you can invite others to help finalize your document. The Files view in the right sidebar organizes all your AI-generated writing, making it easy to create multiple documents. You can also access the original Transcript and a Comments module for proofing and collaboration.
Note: Chat is available in the Docs module too. Highlight a section you want to refine, and you'll have numerous AI-supported options to enhance your document.
