Market Landscape is your go-to tool for understanding how AI engines rank your brand against competitors. The radar chart provides a contextual view of your brand compared to others across various reputation dimensions. Meanwhile, the ranking table offers a precise look at your standing. Use this feature to answer the critical question: "Are we winning or losing in AI search?" for leadership.

Accessing Market Landscape

To open Market Landscape, click Market Landscape in the left navigation under REPORTS. You'll find four tabs at the top of the page:

  • Overview. The radar chart and AI Reputation Score ranking. This is your default view.
  • Evolution. Shows how your position has changed over time.
  • Model Comparison. Displays data broken out by AI model.
  • Raw Data. Provides the underlying scores, available for export.

Understanding the Brand Comparison Radar

On the Overview tab, the radar chart plots each tracked brand across seven dimensions: Quality, Identity, Trust, Reputation, Efficacy, Affinity, and Authenticity. Each brand is represented by a colored polygon. A larger shape indicates a stronger brand presence to AI engines.

Utilize the filters above the chart to refine your view:

  • Date range. Adjust to compare different periods.
  • Competitors. Toggle specific competitors on or off.
  • All Models (Averaged). This is the default view. Switch to a single model to see how one AI engine ranks the field.

Leveraging the AI Reputation Score

To the right of the radar, the AI Reputation Score table ranks each brand by a composite score. Your row highlights whether you are above or below your competitors.

Click See more to view the full ranked list.

Exploring the Dimension Breakdown

Below the radar, the Dimension Breakdown table ranks brands across four specific dimensions: Efficacy, Transparency, Affinity, and Authenticity. Each column displays ranked brands with their scores and a horizontal bar visualization.

Identify dimensions where you lag behind competitors. These are your key areas for improvement through content and AI search efforts.

Monitoring Progress on the Evolution Tab

The Evolution tab charts your scores over time. A flat line suggests stagnant perception, while a rising line indicates improvement. Use this tab in leadership updates to show progress over time, not just a snapshot.

Model Comparison Insights

The Model Comparison tab breaks down the data by AI engine. Use this when you suspect that ChatGPT and Perplexity might provide different insights about your brand.

Pro Tip: The radar chart is ideal for sharing, while the Dimension Breakdown is for action. Screenshots of the radar are perfect for executive updates. The ranked dimension breakdown helps identify which content gaps to address first, providing actionable insights.
