AI Visibility tracks sampled AI answers about your business and market. Begin by checking the channel and tracking context before using a score to choose content work.
Before you start
Your workspace needs AI Visibility access and activation. Current standard pricing includes it in Scale, Business and Riserva; Free Edition does not include it. Confirm any account-specific arrangement with your MarketScale contact.
Steps
Step 1. Open AI Visibility in the intended Studio channel. If it is unavailable, ask your Admin or account contact to check the plan, role and workspace activation. Social users do not have this tool.
Step 2. If the page shows Setting up AI Visibility, read the current stage. Setup researches the business, chooses tracking prompts and competitors, and connects the dashboard in the background.
Step 3. If Start setup is offered and you are authorized to manage setup, select it once. You can leave the page and return while work continues.
Step 4. If setup fails, an authorized manager can choose Retry setup. If checking progress fails, use Check progress when offered; a progress-check error does not prove the background job stopped.
Step 5. When the dashboard opens, check the business identity, website, competitors and tracked questions. Flag an incorrect company/domain before interpreting its results.
Step 6. Check completed-run dates and any coverage-in-progress notice. Dashboard access can be ready before all tracking coverage has populated.
Step 7. Open a relevant tracked answer and inspect the response and cited sources. Save one useful buyer question or gap as a content task with an owner and intended output.
Check the result
You should be able to inspect a completed answer for the right business and tracking set. A dashboard opening, a setup progress percentage and a populated report are different states.
If something does not work
Basic account with expected access: confirm your specific agreement and provisioning rather than assuming that the current standard Basic plan includes the feature.
No results: check setup/coverage status, date range and completed runs before treating the result as zero visibility.

Do not grant a hard-coded email analytics access from an old help article. Obtain the current supported connection process from your MarketScale team.
