CG Infinity’s Rapid Response Consulting team is designed for moments when delivery is under pressure. The team integrates quickly into complex environments to stabilize operations, reinforce leadership, and keep critical initiatives moving forward without disruption.

Justin Wilson, Principal at CG Infinity, describes an engagement where the team was brought in to support a data and cloud migration under tight timelines. Midway through the project, the client made the decision to let their CTO go—right in the middle of an active acquisition. The sudden loss of technical leadership introduced immediate risk to delivery and deal timing. CG Infinity rapidly mobilized additional leadership and technical expertise, stabilized execution, optimized the cloud environment to reduce Azure spend, and ensured the project met its deadline. The acquisition closed successfully, and the initiative stayed on track.

This is the power of Rapid Response: experienced professionals stepping in at critical moments to absorb complexity, restore control, and deliver results when the stakes are highest.

Wanted to share today with you a quick story on one of our clients that we helped salvage a project that was going off the rails. Initially, were brought in to do some data migration and help with cloud migration. And in the interim, they chose to let their CTO go, right in the midst of, their company being acquired. So quite a shock for us. However, CG Infinity was up for the challenge. We quickly rallied and brought in the appropriate people to help meet the client's needs. And ultimately, the project went well. We helped save them a few dollars in their Azure spend, which was also beneficial. But the most important part is they met their deadline and the company was successfully acquired. So project saved, everyone happy, and yet another success story for our team.
