Ashley, the social media manager for Extensis explains that she is connecting with creatives and professionals worldwide to ask them what they would do with an extra sixty minutes a day. Ashley interviews Ryan McManus, who is an account manager at Extensis and lives in Portland, Oregon. Ryan enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his dog.

When asked about what he would do with an extra sixty minutes a day, Ryan mentions that he would like to focus on aspects of his work that he doesn’t have time for, such as keeping up with industry trends and conducting research. Outside of work, he would use the extra time to step outside, get fresh air, and recharge his mind. Ashley comments on the importance of staying educated and asks if Ryan listens to podcasts or reads to achieve that. Ryan mentions that he hasn’t found a specific podcast to follow religiously but stays updated through LinkedIn, podcasts, and news outlets.

Hey everybody. My name is Ash and I'm the social media manager for Extenses and we are connecting with creatives and professionals from all over the world and asking them a very simple question What would you do within extra sixty minutes a day? So I am here with Ryan and Ryan tell us about yourself and then I'll love to hear your response to that question. Yeah. Hi. Hey, Ashley. So about me, been at Stensus for about four years, living out in Portland, Oregon. I love to get outside, hang out with my dog and, you know, go on some adventures out here. Cool. Cool. Alright. So what would you do within an extra sixty minutes a day, Ryan? Yeah. And I think work wise, I'd like to get to somebody ask effects of my role that I don't have a chance to really do on a day to day basis, you know, keeping up with some of the industry trends, you know, researching what's going on out there, things that you know might help kind of in my day to day. But then outside of that, I think it'd be great to just take some additional time to step outside, get a breath of fresh air, kind of recharge the batteries, make sure the mind is moving along, if you know what I mean. And and I love that because I I think about even in my role, we wanna have some time to just stay educated. So do you take advantage of any pie cast or any type of readings? Is that what you're saying you would kinda incorporate into your day to day? Yeah, yeah, I mean, podcast wise, I haven't -- there's not like one that I've latched on to. I'm kind of -- I have people send me different ones and I take a look. They're not like a religious listener to any of them. But, yeah, finding out, you know, trends kind of on LinkedIn and just on podcasts like you said and, you know, just news news outlets, all that. There's a lot of good resources out there that, you know, you can get a lot of knowledge from. Got it. So Ryan said if he had more time he would spend it just to kind of stay up to to date on industry trends and just learn because we know that if you're not learning, you're not growing. So thank you for sharing that response, and I look forward to asking more creatives and professionals about what they would do within extra sixty minutes. You guys enjoy the rest of your day, and thank you for joining me, Ryan. Absolutely. Thanks, Ashley.
