What You Need to See at InterDrone 2019

InterDrone 2019 is underway in Las Vegas, Nevada today, bringing together the most influential professionals in the drone world.

There will be plenty of new drones on display but driving the industry today is the insight gained from software and data. Auterion is one company using software to transform what is possible with drone technology, and Dave Sharpin, Vice President and General Manager for the company sent this video of Auterion’s latest offering to MarketScale in advance of the show.

“Our software and hardware ecosystem enables reliable, efficient and safe cargo and package delivery across a wide range of unmanned platforms,” Sharpin said in a LinkedIn post.

Troy Mesler, CEO at Skyfront sent MarketScale this photo of the long-range BVLOS Mobile UAV Command Center. The vehicle and its technology come from Aerial Response Solutions and Skyfront.

Mesler writes that the mobile command center is “Ideal for fast long-range video transmission up to 50 km/30 miles away. Features a 30-foot retractable antenna and camera mast, air conditioning, multiple screens for viewing video and commanding the vehicle for rapid aerial response.”
