How might Avisa help facilitate a more equitable AV industry? So of course Avisa is currently playing a key role. In promoting equity in the industry. Through the campaign that we're doing here today to celebrate the international woman's day, can make a good impact in the industry already. Improving equity requires acknowledgement of the inequities faced in the industry. Some ways to change this is to understand and promote the importance of equity, prioritize diverse, inclusive hiring processes. The industry need to make a conscious effort to identify and to address the bias. Whether it is in hiring, recruiting, or in the promotions. In order to make a change, we need to recognize the difference in where each in employee starts from, and then we can start to make the adjustments needed to meet the needs of each individual. I would love to see a vixen create a database of research and it's included road maps and examples of ways businesses can make tangible changes within their workplace, making it easier for Vixon members to get by and at their corporate level.
