Social access is for people who distribute existing content. You can use approved assets without taking on recording, editing or channel administration.
Before you start
Accept the Social invitation with the invited email. Have one approved asset or campaign from your channel owner to start with.
Steps
Step 1. Sign in to Studio and confirm the channel name. Open the approved content shared with you or find it in the channel’s Company/Coaching feed or available library.
Step 2. Play or read the asset. Confirm its version, intended audience and any information that should be updated before sharing.
Step 3. For an eligible finished asset, choose Post to social and an available destination such as LinkedIn or X. If no direct publishing action is offered, use an authorized viewing link or the destination’s own posting flow.
Step 4. If prompted, choose Connect LinkedIn or Connect X and authorize the intended account. Check the account shown when you return.
Step 5. Edit Caption to explain why the asset matters to your audience. Review any generated wording, links and names.
Step 6. Choose Post to the selected destination. Wait for the status and open the resulting post where a link is supplied. If the outcome is uncertain, check the destination before retrying.
Check the result
Verify the post on the destination or check the shared link as a recipient. Added to Social Sharing only means the asset was placed in Studio’s sharing library.
If something does not work
You need a new cut, recording or written asset: ask a creator to prepare it. Social access does not include those tools.
An asset is unavailable: confirm the channel and item audience with the owner.
Direct posting is missing: eligibility depends on the asset, destination and channel configuration. Use the troubleshooting guide below.
