Rams owner Stan Kroenke is investing $1.6 billion of his own money in L.A. stadium project. Another $2.25 billion will come from a loan for construction. Upon completion, it will be the most expensive stadium in the U.S, followed only by MetLife Stadium, which cost $1.7 billion.
