Since the found of this company, VCC has always been committed to the process of innovation. We develop and fine tune management principles and practices to make the construction process more efficient, productive, and predictable. The way we harness the power of technology is a big part of our success. I am very excited about DCC's future in innovation and technology. We've always been known to have a culture of innovation. And when technology solutions didn't exist, we made it happen. We create technology, we implement technology, we integrate with a lot of different technology solutions, In the construction industry, the technology has been very important to us. It's created more efficiency, consistency, and transparency in the way we do business. We wouldn't be able to manage the number of projects we do without the technology and the business today. When you look at three things that clients look at. You know, delivering a project on time, on budget without issues does a quality project, All of the technology tools and the whole project life cycle helps deliver that. Every technology we use, there's some tangential benefits to our client, but ultimately it leads to higher quality delivery, competitive costing, and being able to manage the minutia of this really dynamic and difficult industry. Modernization of the construction technology has been running unbridled for quite some time now. VCC has capitalized on that in every aspect At the front end of a job, we put together a playbook that provides the path to success. And I mean, this is done through endeavor and it's a it's a checks and balances with buyout with our project management team. It's checks and balances to make sure our procurement can be in line with our scheduling department. It's all in place with endeavor and and that's where that's where it all comes together. It enabled us to engage all the parties in one workflow system so people of transparency of data obviously, but also the ability, for example, submits an invoice or submit a payment application or signing a lead waiver and trickle that all the way in ownership or to the client in an automated way, an efficient way, has been a big advancement for us. BCC from the very early days has leaned into tech knowledge is an opportunity to really establish those strong partnerships with their subcontractors and to make sure that really their relationship is a win win. Would say, you know, VCC has always been a technology driven organization. They've always looked to utilize whatever the best solutions for their employees and ultimately their clients were on the market. VCC really distinguished itself as a power user through their commitment of standardization. They've also spent a lot of times, you know, very meticulously planning for implementation before any technology solution was put in place. They weren't simply saying, hey, here's a new technology. Go use it to field. They were talking about how do we extract the best value, best ROI, and what's the plan for implementing it in the field. I mean, it's a really great opportunity technology partnership with our two firms. We believe that engaging parties in the workflow, even though parties are external to VCC only makes us stronger and only makes us deliver a better project for the client. We've come so far in just a few decades, and the new tech has dramatically impacted the way we deliver projects as an industry. I'm very excited and look forward to the new advances yet to come. The future is bright for construction and it's bright with VCC.
