CG Infinity's Salesforce Practice focuses on aligning cross-functional teams by bringing the right stakeholders into the conversation early and ensuring collaborative decision-making. Key takeaways

01

CG Infinity's Salesforce Practice prioritizes stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams from the outset of each initiative.

02

Collaborative decision-making is central to ensuring solutions meet the needs of the whole organization, not just individual functions.

03

The practice is structured to deliver high-impact outcomes on complex projects where teams have competing or differing priorities.

CG Infinity’s Salesforce Practice is built around helping organizations move forward together, especially when initiatives span cross-functional teams with different priorities. The focus is on alignment—bringing the right stakeholders into the conversation early and ensuring decisions are made collaboratively so solutions serve the whole organization, not just one function.

That capability is reflected in a recent engagement led by Meagan Diegelman, Principal at CG Infinity, which required close coordination across finance and sales. To support sales users, the team delivered a Tableau dashboard, but only after first aligning stakeholders on the correct data and agreeing on which insights would actually support day-to-day work. By facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, CG Infinity helped align stakeholders around the data and insights that mattered most to their work.

It also really showed our capability in working cross functionally across several teams and bringing everyone together. The current customer that I'm working with, we recently rolled out a Tableau dashboard for their sales users, and I'm really proud of this project because we had to work across many teams at the customer, finance, to align first on what data was the correct data to display and then work closely with our sales teams to see which visualizations would really help them in getting their work done. And so this is something I'm proud of because it not only brings value to the sales team so they can do their jobs better, but it also really showed our capability in working cross functionally across several teams and bringing everyone together.
