Cole, often seen in a distinctive yellow tuxedo, advocates for a lighter, fun-filled approach to business, emphasizing the importance of not taking oneself too seriously. This approach not only enhances the fan experience but also cements a lasting, positive impression, crucial for business success.

Businesses can significantly benefit from creating memorable, enjoyable experiences that go beyond conventional service delivery, fostering a deep connection with their customers and making them feel genuinely special.

He highlights a unique challenge they face at the stadium—fans not wanting to leave, a stark contrast to the usual spectator rush to exit. This scenario is likened to leaving a great movie halfway through; it simply doesn't happen when the experience captivates. By extending interactions past the game through dances, autographs, and base running with players, the stadium creates an inviting atmosphere that fans linger in, often staying well past midnight.

Cole's core message is clear: businesses can significantly benefit from creating memorable, enjoyable experiences that go beyond conventional service delivery, fostering a deep connection with their customers and making them feel genuinely special.

So this right here, as crazy as it sounds, this is my favorite spot in the stadium because this is where I get to see fans when they leave. I get to see the smiles, the laughter. I get to watch grown men dance as they're leaving the ballpark, watch little kids dance, watch our players out here after a a hard game, literally dancing, hanging out with fans, and, you really get to feel the impact of what you're doing. I I think so many businesses, they may not get to feel the impact of how they're making their customers feel. And so for us, we get to have that, and we make sure everyone on our staff is out here thanking fans, hanging out with fans, hugging, high fiving. And I think that's a really important thing, to realize the impact of what you're doing. There's so many videos of me just dancing with fans after games, and it's where you get to not take yourself too seriously. We put on a show here at the ballpark. I'm in a yellow tuxedo. I think a lot of us need to just kinda, hey. Loosen up, not take yourself too seriously, and just have fun. And I get to have fun here after the game. After working hard nonstop from five o'clock to put on a great impression, it's let loose. The show went on, and we're just having fun. And maybe there's a point in your last impression as a business. What are you doing to have that fun that lasting impression that's a little fun, that's a little different, that, makes people say, you know what? These guys are special. These guys care in a cool way, and that's what we try to look at here. One of the big challenges we have is people don't wanna leave. Most baseball games, people are constantly, when can I leave? I challenge anybody. What was the last time you went to a great movie and left in the middle of a great movie? You don't do it. But everyone leaves in the middle of a baseball game, and we still fight that battle. But some people don't wanna leave. And we don't kick them out because it's not fans first. We're, like, looking at our watch and, like, it's eleven thirty. Alright. It's midnight. The game finished at ten o'clock. There's something going on right here. And so that's something, our fans just wanna hang out on the field. You know, our players will run the bases with kids. They'll sign autographs. They'll be out here dancing. And, I think it's pretty cool to create a product where people don't wanna leave. They wanna keep having fun with it. And, we've seen people stay wait well past midnight, which is a little crazy.
