What concerns do retailers have when considering a self scan solution? I would say that the number one concern that clients bring to us is, can our people do it? Sounds like a broad question. But, you know, it's it's definitely one that gets asked the most. And what they mean by that is can our people utilize the technology? Our scanners are very easy to use. And I'm not just saying that. We actually get that feedback from our clients. They are touchscreen, have has a keypad, easy to follow instructions, We take pride and make it making it easy to use. And, you know, that's something that we hear all the time and feedback from our clients. And one phrase that I will always ask our clients, whatever we're talking about, you know, bringing on a self scan for them is can your people operate a smartphone? I know that sounds basic, but you know, if they can operate a smartphone or have, then the scanner should be no problem? Do we have the people to conduct self scan? So, that is another question that comes up all the time is, you know, we would like to move to self scan we don't have the people. Well, that's something that we have brought on here at DataScan is we can actually be able to provide hybrid labor support. So that way we provide extra people in order for you to be able to conduct self scan counts. Price is always gonna be in every conversation show when it comes to bringing on new technology. And the way that we work with our clients is we can actually be able to provide a cost benefit analysis for them and even break down as much of the finances as we need to. But, yeah, price is always gonna come into play and we will work with our clients on those pieces. And I will say in close out that one of the most common feedback just the consistent feedback that we get all the time whenever people have either moved to self scan for the first time or swapped to us from a different provider. Is why didn't we do this sooner? And we really do take pride in the ease of use of our technology and our programs here at DataScan. And that answers, you know, that first concern that they had was can our people do it? And, you know, getting that feedback of why didn't we do this sooner, it it just is to testament to, you know, this solution and how easy it can work for our clients.
