Home intelligence and automated shading solutions are both technologies that can improve a home or office’s functionality, security, and energy efficiency. These technologies can be integrated and controlled through a central interface, such as a smart home app, to provide homeowners with an automated and convenient living experience. Incorporating these technologies can help homeowners better control their home’s energy consumption, security, and comfort.

Home automation systems like Josh.AI provide numerous advantages, including ease of use, energy conservation, augmented safety, and customization. They allow controlling various aspects of a home with voice commands or through a mobile app. Other automated shading solutions include motorized shades, which can be controlled remotely and scheduled to open and close according to the time of day or the position of the sun, and intelligent window films that can be installed on existing windows to adjust the amount of light and heat passing through the window.
