The temperature elements of ice rinks are complex. It’s not just about keeping the ice frozen. Rather the ice has to offer the best performance, but condensation is a saboteur ice quality.

Most ice arena buildings have metal roofs and fiberglass insulation with a plastic liner. As humidity rises, water begins to drip from the ceiling.
