Sunergise is buying Infratec from WEL Networks for an undisclosed price. The commercial rooftop specialist, which has installed more than 50MW, gains utility-scale project delivery capability it did not have before.

TGS plans $100M Perito Moreno expansion to move 4.5M more cubic meters a day

Transportadora de Gas del Sur (TGS) wants to spend $100 million adding 4.5 million cubic meters a day to Argentina's Perito Moreno pipeline, which carries 21 million today. The request awaits Energy Secretariat approval. It comes alongside a $550 million compression project due by late April 2027 that will add 14 million cubic meters a day.

  • 01The $100 million add-on comes alongside an ongoing $550 million compression project on the same pipeline, and TGS plans to submit $70 million of the new spending under Argentina's RIGI investment incentive regime.
  • 02If the compression work and the 4.5 million option both deliver, Perito Moreno's first phase could carry substantially more than its current 21 million cubic meters a day.
  • 03Two milestones could set the pace: the Energy Secretariat's decision on TGS's October 8 request, and late April 2027, when three compression plants are scheduled to add 14 million cubic meters a day.
