EnerSys

Leadership-backed UGC turned into a daily global habit.

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, had engineers, sales leaders, and product specialists across dozens of markets but no system to surface their expertise. Leadership made MarketScale Studio a fixture of national sales trainings and quarterly town halls, and the habit took hold: in a single 45-day period, 104 users logged in, 59 uploaded or recorded content, and OEM partners joined in as VIP guests.

Leadership communicates the use of Studio from the top down. During their national sales training, MarketScale has a segment. During their quarterly town halls, MarketScale has a segment.

Chapter 01: The stakes

Global expertise. No system to surface it.

EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions, with engineers, sales leaders, and product specialists across dozens of markets.

Before adopting MarketScale Studio, they struggled with fragmented content management, difficulty controlling and distributing assets to the right teams, and a need for more authentic video content for sales and brand. A reliable 48-hour edit turnaround was a critical service expectation.

Chapter 02: The playbook

Executive reinforcement is the flywheel.

MarketScale and EnerSys focused on four levers: top-down reinforcement (leadership modeled and promoted Studio at every level), multiple internal touchpoints (Studio embedded into sales training and town halls), a sales-first use case (reps recording concise outreach clips with a digital business card end slate), and expansion through VIP users and EMEA regions.

UGC Coach Christina Marcelin drove continuous experiments across each lever.

Chapter 03: The payoff

One hundred voices. One brand.

In the most recent 45-day period: 104 user logins, 59 users who uploaded or recorded content, 21 VIP guest logins from OEM partners, and 215 edit requests from 46 unique client-side users, representing 71% of all edit requests processed.

EMEA teams surged in activity after a targeted sprint. The result was a global UGC engine powered by the people closest to the product.

The play behind it

The MarketScale system behind this result.

Every result in this story was built on the same three-step rhythm of the MarketScale platform: expert capture, AI-assisted production, and a branded channel your team actually uses. It's the same customer-proof motion behind every story here.

Step 01

Capture

Your experts, customers, and events, captured on-site, remote, or in-studio. Your team brings the knowledge; the system handles the rest.
