Free Edition is the $0 workspace offering with no end date. Requesting a demo or the separate Start Free trial offer is a different path.
Before you start
Use your work email and check whether your company already has a MarketScale workspace. Review the current Free Edition inclusions and capacity on the pricing page.
Steps
Step 1. Open Pricing and choose Request Invite in the Free Edition card. Confirm the destination describes the $0 Free Edition.
Step 2. Enter the requested work-email and company details. Complete the email-verification step using the same address.
Step 3. Follow the company and access review steps shown. Email verification alone does not mean workspace approval is complete.
Step 4. Watch for the access confirmation or next-step email. If your company already uses Studio, ask its Admin whether you should join the existing channel instead.
Step 5. After approval, sign in to Studio and confirm the intended channel and role. Start with one available workflow, such as collecting an expert answer through Requests or uploading approved source material.
Step 6. Have the appropriate person review the contribution, then use the distribution options included in your workspace. Check the result before inviting a larger contributor group.
Check the result
You should be in the approved company workspace and able to complete an included task. Choosing a plan on a marketing page does not by itself activate its features.
If something does not work
No verification email: confirm the address and check spam. Never send a verification code to support.
Access is pending: use the latest status/confirmation message; contact support with the company and email used if the next step is unclear.
AI Visibility is unavailable: it is not included in Free Edition. Compare current plans with your account team if needed.
Production allowances depend on qualification and current plan terms; confirm them before promising work.
