MarketScale's AI Writer: A New Era in Content Creation
MarketScale's AI-Powered Writing tool is a cutting-edge feature designed to generate high-quality written content. Whether you need to summarize media, create blogs and whitepapers, or develop strategic documentation, AI-Powered Writing is your go-to solution.
Using your first-party data, this tool ensures content is generated directly from your own sources. This approach enhances the relevance and accuracy of the content while maintaining data privacy and security. Unlike third-party tools, there's no need to transfer sensitive information outside your organization, reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Opening and Using the Writing Tool
To use Chat, MarketScale's AI writing tool, start by selecting the media you want to transform into written content. Click on Media Studio to enter the proofing room.
MarketScale automatically transcribes your media. Click the Transcript option in the top right of the Editing room to access the written transcript.
The Transcript feature is powerful. You can edit the transcript directly, copy it, or download it as a PDF. Before using it for Writing, review and edit the transcript for accuracy. AI-driven transcription is typically 98-99% accurate, so this step helps reduce rework. Pay attention to place names, titles, and acronyms.
Once the transcript is proofed, access the AI Writer module via the left-side toolbar.
Chat is intuitive and easy to use. It automatically sources data from the transcript for rapid content creation. You can type a prompt or choose from nine preset options, like Blog Post or Case Study, and provide specific directions.
After completing your input, hit Enter, and Chat will generate your written content.
Use the prompt interface at the bottom center to give more direction if you want Chat to refine your document further. Once it's ready, click Send to docs in the bottom right of the writing block, then switch to the Docs module in the left-hand sidebar.
Docs is a shared space where you can invite collaborators to finalize your written documents. In the right sidebar, the Files view organizes all your AI writing, allowing for the easy creation of multiple documents. You can also access your original Transcript and a Comments module for proofing and collaboration with teammates.
Note: AI Writer is available in the Docs module too. Highlight the section you want to work with, and you'll see numerous AI-supported options to help refine your document.
