MarketScale's AI-Powered Writing: A First of Its Kind

MarketScale's AI-Powered Writing is a cutting-edge feature that generates high-quality written content. Whether you need to summarize media, create blogs and whitepapers, or develop strategic documentation, this tool is your go-to solution.

Writing uses your first-party data, ensuring content is generated directly from your sources. This enhances relevance and accuracy while maintaining data privacy and security. Unlike third-party tools, there's no need to transfer sensitive information outside your organization, reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. This integrated approach keeps your data secure and confidential, giving you peace of mind while leveraging AI for content creation.

Opening the Writing Tool and Creating Documents

To use Chat, MarketScale's AI writing tool, first select the media you want to use for your written content. Click Media Studio to enter the proofing room.

MarketScale automatically transcribes your media. Click the Transcript option in the top right of the Editing room to access the written transcript:

The Transcript feature is powerful. You can edit the transcript directly, copy it, or download it as a PDF.

For Writing, first review and edit your Transcript for accuracy. AI-driven transcription is typically 98-99% accurate, so this step helps reduce rework. Pay attention to place names, titles, and acronyms.

Once the transcript is proofed, access the AI Writer module via your left-side toolbar:

Chat is intuitive and easy to use. It automatically sources data from the transcript for rapid content creation. Type a prompt or choose from nine preset options, such as Blog Post or Case Study, and provide specific direction:

Press Enter, and Chat will automatically generate your written content:

Use the prompt interface in the bottom center to provide more direction if you want Chat to refine your document.

Once it's ready, click Send to docs in the bottom right of the writing block, then switch to the Docs module in the left-hand sidebar.

Docs is a shared space where you can invite collaborators to help finalize your documents. In the right sidebar, the Files view organizes all your AI-writing, allowing easy creation of multiple documents. You can also access your original Transcript and a Comments module for proofing and collaboration.

NOTE: AI Writer is available in the Docs module too. Highlight the section you want to work with, and you'll see numerous AI-supported options to help refine your document:
