Start with the original Media Studio asset. An approved edit, a generated draft and an item added to Social Sharing can all exist before a hub publication is live.

Before you start

Have the asset link, intended hub URL and approximate submission time. Ask the publishing Admin to help if you cannot see the publication controls.

Steps

  1. Step 1. Open the asset and its Publish to MarketScale flow. Check whether Creator hub was the selected destination, rather than Industry article.

  2. Step 2. Check hub eligibility. Not connected to a hub yet needs a channel-to-hub connection; Admins only needs an authorized Admin.

  3. Step 3. Confirm that the draft reached Publish. Generate draft creates content for review; it does not complete publication.

  4. Step 4. Read the status. If it is Publishing…, wait for completion or the notification. If it is failed or held, read the reason before using Publish again.

  5. Step 5. For Live on MarketScale, open the resulting URL directly and verify which hub it belongs to.

  6. Step 6. If the direct URL works but the item is hard to find, check the hub view and any active filters. If it still does not appear as expected, send support both the asset and live URLs.

Check the result

The direct live URL should resolve to the correct item. If no live URL exists, report the current publication state rather than describing it as a missing live article.

If something does not work

  • A network error after Publish can leave background work running. Check Social Sharing and the destination before resubmitting.

  • Do not create duplicate publications to force an item to appear in a feed.

  • Include the status/error, intended hub and submission time when escalating.
