Before you start
Sign in to the intended channel and open the full coaching post. Read the prompt and watch the material before responding.
Steps
Step 1. Open the coaching post itself rather than only its embedded video player.
Step 2. Review the content and identify the requested action: acknowledgment, a question in comments, or a video response.
Step 3. Use the displayed reaction control to acknowledge the post. If your view still offers Got It, use it as the acknowledgment action shown there.
Step 4. Wait for the reaction state/count to update, then reopen or refresh the post to confirm it persisted.
Step 5. If you have a question, write a specific comment; if the channel post offers Respond with video and that is the task, complete that response and Submit it.
Step 6. Keep formal asset approval in Approvals or the item’s authorized review workflow. A coaching reaction does not approve a public deliverable.
Check the result
The post should show your recorded engagement. It does not certify comprehension, completion of a training assessment or permission to publish content.
If something does not work
Got It is missing: check the current reaction controls. The label is not universal across views.
Nothing saves: check sign-in and content access, record the error and avoid repeated clicks until you know the resulting state.
A video response is unavailable on a global coaching post: use the displayed reactions/comments or ask the coach how to respond.
