Coaching controls depend on the view and post type. A standalone player or global post may not show the same actions as a channel coaching post.

Before you start

Keep the coaching post link and the exact action you expected, such as comment, reaction or Respond with video.

Steps

  1. Step 1. Sign in to Studio with the intended account and open the full coaching post in the correct channel.

  2. Step 2. Play the video and inspect the comment/reaction area beneath it. Check whether you are in a standalone player rather than the post view.

  3. Step 3. If you need Respond with video, confirm this is a channel coaching post. The current global-post view does not expose that same action.

  4. Step 4. Confirm your role supports the requested work. Social access supports using existing content but does not grant recording/upload creation tools.

  5. Step 5. If the control appears but fails, note the error and refresh the post once. Check whether the comment, reaction or response already saved before trying again.

  6. Step 6. Send support the post URL, channel, role, post type, screenshot and failing action. Ask the owner/Admin to check the underlying content access.

Check the result

Either the expected action should work in the full post view, or the post/role restriction should explain why it is absent.

If something does not work

  • An old article refers to Got It: current views may use the shared reaction controls instead; look at the displayed action rather than expecting that exact label.

  • Only one item fails: include that item’s URL so support can inspect its content linkage.

  • Do not broaden a group’s privacy or assign Admin merely to expose an interaction.
