They really needed an ally and an advocate. I worked on a project where my customer had hired another consulting partner to deliver the actual work. In this scenario, the customer had no Salesforce experience going into this project and they really needed an ally and an advocate on their side that knew Salesforce deeply and that's where CG Infinity came in and we advocated for them in front of the other partner. And ultimately, the three companies all worked together to deliver a successful Salesforce implementation.
