Knowing that our customers all time want to be able to see spaces that they can envision themselves in, we wanted to create a space that we could bring our customers to. And that we were proud of. Here at PAVion, we we want to encourage people to come in by giving not only our employees the options for collaboration, but heads down. It creates the experience that they wanna come back the next day. The overall goal when we we design this space is to show our customers that we encourage, like, people to think outside of the box. When you walk through our space and you experience it, you'll see different technologies that people can collaborate in different ways. You know, some are promoting standing, some are, you know, sitting down in a round around table and looking at drawings. Everything that we did here was intentional for how we work, but also to show our customers ways that they can also work too. So the key technical features of Paveon's new office, when you walk in, you'll be met in a comfortable welcoming area that will give you story of Paveon through our digital signage features. And then there's an experience center that has an interactive, collaborative, working environment that brings together the lighting, sound, AV solutions that we provide. We'll have a space that has collaboration boards that are interactive. It allows you to do brainstorming sessions, workshops. And then at the a touch of a button, you connect to someone that's on your team remotely. We also have spaces that allow you to sit down and visualize on the other end important documents. So those skill features and the design and engineering of those that our team does allows for a successful space to work. My background is, it's always been in hospitality, so experiences has always been the key to it. Together with our project team have helped design this space to highlight the best of this audio and lighting experience that can help for everyone in the workplace here, but also the clients that come in to really wow them, just show them something that's unique and different that that can make a big change to their own businesses. Something within our innovation is about trying to replicate that natural daylight, which is very popular right now in terms of light design and light companies. The other thing that we add to it is the pro audio aspect, and that's our heritage and that's where we're, you know, we excel in quality and performance. If you're creating music or a sound environment, productivity can increase. Why? Because it increases your creativity. Also, it reduces your blood pressure, your heartbeat rate, which means that, you know, we're not having people watch more relaxed at work when they're with sound and light together. So I've been in the construction field for eight going on nine years now I've been with Trinity Partners for almost three as the director. We really work closely with Fabian and Christina's team, the entire time, trying to make sure that they could still efficiently use their space while we were trying to finish their new space. What Patvion has done here within their office space to kinda help geared towards the more modern look, geared towards getting their employees back here into the office space. I mean, as you walk throughout the space, all these lights can actually be controlled through an you can change the color. They can go, you know, they can go back and forth with the sound of the music that's playing in here, the office space. So I think that's really good for for their employees here. You know, especially in the open office area. If they need to have a little fun, they can. To help achieve Pavyan's vision, we used a lot of collaboration and tools throughout our process, where we could communicate to the client, and the client could communicate back to us through first technology that we have for white boarding, marking up documents, giving ideas, back taking ideas back and forth. And so throughout the whole process, it was a collaboration. It wasn't stagnant or one-sided. And I think that's why it was so successful. My favorite thing in this office would be the client experience center. It can be an environment where you bring one single guest in and be able to sit down and feel comfortable in the space, or you could have an entire party and come in, and everyone feel just, you know, not out of scale or crowded, you could host a multitude of functions in the front of the house on top of that, I would consider the furniture and the interiors, all components of it. Just feels at all things to have you on. Well, I was the tenant rep advisor for Paveon on this transaction we identified this building because of the fact that it has warehouse space. It had the opportunity to create a dynamic showroom, and then it also could serve for future growth for Pabion. We've seen the trend become turning these single story. What used to be, you know, makers and doers that would use these spaces really kind of become more innovative and high-tech spaces. I think this phase is a great example of of that coming to play in real life. So my role for this project, we represented the landlord at the Real Estate partners here at MacGregor Yards to help paveon secure this location and negotiate a win win scenario for both the landlord and the tenant. So this location is well suited for Paveon to better service the customers. It's just a great work environment for not only, the employees, but to entertain customers. Working with Pavin on this journey to recreate the workplace environment with these new benefits, new functionalities and the idea of bringing people back and creating this environment, which is, you know, feels like home, but feels like a great experience, not just for clients, but for the workers themselves. And, you know, we share the passion, Cavien, due to, and we have this connection that we know that we can build projects together in a really unique way that I think will be surprising for some people in a great way.
