There are a range of issues your machine might experience, many of which you can take care of yourself. In this video we will explore them! When your dispenser is displaying all the different lights, you need to verify what is happening. To verify what’s going on, you would need to lift the door up and look at the LCD screen to see what the error message is. So, to verify the different error messages, you have to lift the door and then go to the screen. Also note that the error message is displayed at the bottom of the screen. If you have a CO2 out, water out, or syrup out and you verify the supply is still there, please call your service technician to troubleshoot the machine.

(upbeat music) - When your dispenser is displaying all the different lights as you see in this case right here, you need to verify what is happening. To verify what's going on, you would need to lift the door up and look at the LCD screen to see what the error message is. The light right here telling you not ready is just simply telling you that either the machine is still in freeze mode or it's out of product. The next one right here, defrost is simply telling you that this barrel is in defrost mode. At this point, you should not dispense any product from this barrel. If you do so, that could cause voids in the barrel, after the different cycle and then the product consistency wouldn't be good. The next message right here says ready to serve. This will turn green when the product in the barrel is ready to serve. Right here, product out blinking that tells me that the syrup is out. But if you see that same light blinking all the way across on all the three bars that tells me that something that it's common to the machine like CO2 or water is out. So, to verify the different error messages, you have to lift the door and then go to the screen. You can see clearly here that CO2 is out on all the barrels. So that tells me that you have to go to the backroom and inspect your CO2 supply to the machine. The CO2 is either low or needs replacement. Also note that the error message is displayed at the bottom of the screen. Here it says low CO2 check CO2 tank gauge. So in a case where water was out, that will also affect all the barrels because there's just one water supply to the machine. On the other hand, if it was just a syrup out, that will be displayed against the barrels affected. If you have a CO2 out, water out, or syrup out and you verify the supply is still there, please call your service technician to troubleshoot the machine.
