He spent over 30 years in service-oriented roles, including a decade as a hospitality professor and later as a dean overseeing multiple community college campuses. Presently, he is the author of Preaching Through Pain, an Amazon bestseller in church administration, and the founder of King Arthur Public Speaking, a public-speaking and coaching practice supporting bivocational pastors in sustaining their ministry without burnout.
