Clients Detail the Vitalness of AgileOne at the Company’s Customer Forum 2022

Award winning suppliers who are here today, and really to to just reiterate our commitment to enhancing and expanding our relationship. In our partnerships and collaboration. And now we get to actually award them. So I've been waiting for this all day. All day. So my role, is really just to explain to everyone what these awards are about. How we came to the award decision. And then I'm going to do a handoff, to our CEO, and then we'll go from there. So we are really excited to acknowledge fourteen suppliers today. Who are receiving awards from Agile One. And so this year, we are gonna present to those suppliers across three categories. They're presented based on company size. The first, excuse me, the first three categories will be presented based on overall company size. And the fourth category is for our specialty awards. Award recipients were determined by their overall performance, feedback from our client services partners and ease of engagement with SPE, performance ratings were obtained from raw performance data pooled for each supplier by account, and on-site teams conducted surveys on each supplier using criteria, client based criteria. So when we call your name and like I said, I'm gonna hand off to our CEO first, and then we will start the formal, giving out of the awards. When we call your name, please come up to the stage to accept your award I'm going to remind you that we are running short on time. So I want you to be, if you would give one minute or less of an acceptance speech, we'd really appreciate it. We wanna get your pictures in and make sure that you we have, sort of record of your award with us this time. And we wanna make sure that you have an opportunity to address, agile one or your colleagues as you'd like to. So we're excited that you're here. I know that we thanked you a few times this morning, but I wanna thank you in front of the larger group as well. We really do appreciate all that you do and all of your partnership with Agile One. First off, I wanna thank Adjell One for over a decade, Brian and Janice have entrusted me in all of the supplier partnership management, and I've really enjoyed my time here. Suppliers, as Janice said, you are near and dear to my heart. There would be no if you need us apart at Agjuan for over a decade if there were no suppliers. So thank you so much. And to our clients. I hope that this event gives you an opportunity to see just how awesome these suppliers in this room are with you. Really have an opportunity to speak to them because some of them may have unique abilities that you never knew that they did. And the agile one team, everybody's been through a lot in COVID nineteen, but the dedication and, and the effort, the effectiveness and the passion that they have is just unbelievable I remember we would be on the phone ten, eleven, twelve o'clock at night for one of our clients, and, just dedication and and and an awesome team. And and the team that we have, You know, they put a lot of work and a lot of passion, a lot of heart into it. So so thank you very much. This supplier is guaranteed to delight their end customers by balancing data and people to deliver the right solution. They know what the future belongs to those that brave believe and embrace the new. This year is category two Platinum Award winner is, and Teluswift Software. So first of all, Janice, you have our hearts too. And second, thank you for this true, genuine, transparent, honest partnership, relationship, and friendship. You know, it's funny somebody said you forget everything that you wanted to say. Right? It's it's so true. It's so true. But I wanna, you know, I wanna really give a huge shout out to the unsung heroes, right, of staffing in this the recruiters, the account managers, the true warriors, and superheroes, because last two years have not been particularly kind to our industry, but those recruiters and account managers have really stepped up the game. And, It is because of them that we're here today. And, Janice and Agilwon, you know, for a small minority business enterprise to stand here and kinda say we blew everyone else out of the water on a large enterprise program. It's kind of a big deal for us. Thank you for seeing us. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to show you guys what we can do. Thank you. Guys, you know, last night, hi y'all. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Last night, she asked if we could take a picture, and I was sharing with her that I was kind of on jet lag. So we're gonna do that. But she she says something just now. She talked about being a small and a minority in a woman owned company and winning an award for performance. This morning, we had conversations on d e and I, and then Ferren and Kim got with Theresa and Doctor. P. And then Firen and Kim led us through a discussion. I'm saying this for the benefit of the suppliers who were not in the room with us. On the art of strategic, strategic leadership. I just leaned over for Brian to give me a double check as of now, and all of the enterprise public enterprise sized publicly held company and staffing industry participate in our programs, all of them. These guys are winning on performance. Against some of the heaviest funded, largest enterprises within their industry. They're winning on performance, the people in this room. I want us to incubate that a little bit, as we honored them and we applaud them for being on this stage. This supplier is a multi year award winner. They build a solid reputation for their approach to human connection, understanding that you are, who you are, and what you do two different things. You can count on them to be in it for the long haul. This year's category three Silver supplier award winner is Spector Force. So, first of all, I want to thank Agalvan to bringing us back in person. You know, I have for years, we miss this. So it's a great thing you pulled off after the pandemic. I stand here with twice as joy, accepting this award on behalf of spectrophores. As you said that we were a multiple recipient for this award, we missed this for the past few years, and I'm so happy to be back here, receiving this power on behalf of spectrophores. How to take a second to reflect back as a past two years? I think Kyle talked about it, and some someone else, but it was a tough twenty twenty at the start of March when we had no idea what's happening with the, onslaught of this unknown pandemic. But while we all moved to our houses and kind of quarantine, this pandemic brought us together as one at Spectropos and with a strong perseverance, and, we all delivered. And this is a testament to, that. So thank you, Agalvan and the clients who believed in us, and we feel so thankful for this award, and we hope to see you next time. This supplier is also a multi year award winner. Provides people powered business solutions, and they have the right people in the right places at the right time. We think of longevity and trust when we think of this supplier. This year's category three gold supplier award winner is The Judge Group. Wow. This is really exciting, very exciting to be here for, actually, the seventh consecutive time. So starting in two thousand thirteen, and then five consecutive years thereafter. So The last time being, two thousand eighteen or one thousand ninety nine days, as Brian, reminded us earlier, But, it's really such an honor, and I would also like to thank our, valued client partners, most notably those who are here today. I don't think a lot of our our, clients showed up probably because of COVID, but, I will most notably call out Whomires Squib, Merck, and I think Southern California Edison is here. But again, all of which is to say that we are imminently grateful for our valued, partnership with Agile One And on behalf of all of my colleagues at Judge, it is an honor to accept this award. No more dance steps for me just yet. I really fell badly because I I think my boss, Namita Tarath, would love to be here. She often talks about after being in a company for twenty six years, still talk endlessly about Janice and what a mentor she's been to her. So on behalf of Namida, I wanna Thank you. As well. If you wanna kinda understand, you know, what kind of MS PUR and what kind of client you are to us, nobody does this. It just doesn't happen and to recognize your suppliers. It's just such a wonderful thing. We're usually invited to kinda clear the tables after this is over. So So if you need that done, we're very good at it. And finally, I just gotta say, I mean, that, you know, you talked a lot about culture and What agile one's all about. And when Brian was put in this role, I think I sent him a note. I think he's one of the kindest person you could ever meet in the world, and I'm confident that agile once in a good place for many years to come. Thank you, everybody. Alright. Well, I get the great honor of continuing on with our specialty awards. So, again, near and dear to my heart, of these awards have been around for, almost a decade now. Some of them are newer that we've come up with ourselves. So, please enjoy this supplier is focused on developing people centric solutions. Their approach to modern talent acquisitions involves more than hiring people with the proper qualifications, skill sets, and work experience It's about finding individuals who can deliver results, share the values of the companies that they serve, deliver fresh perspectives and champion the goals of those organizations. This year's diverse supplier of the year is talent burst. I would like to say thank you Janice Brian, the entire agile one team, especially the ones who've taken their offices home and worked hour less no, not hour less. Hours and hours from home, no matter what time, I mean, sometimes I tell them, go to sleep, stop sending emails at two AM. But, thank you for all the partners, all the hands on deck that went through the pandemic, worked with us, through the changes, and we all navigated them together. So, my special thanks to clients, you know, work, special product. Of course, all the other clients that we support for agile one, the agile one teams, and needless to say. My which I say, talent burst, are teams. They work, and they do this. And, I this would be not just us, but I feel this is also something that our clients, which is like Mark, an agile one because they're also our clients, consistency, cooperation, communication. That's been the key to our success together, all three of us. So thank you. Alright. This supplier has proven that no challenge big or small is a roadblock. This year's innovator of the year is motion recruitments. Alright. Well, this is awesome. You know, we've been around for thirty years. We started to work with Adjar on one nine years ago. So this is kinda a little icing on the cake. We're gonna keep going, but it's it's exciting. Like Brian said, the last two years have been super difficult for us in in the ecosystem. I think the partnership and the care for people that agile One has has helped us you know, get through all this. Right? So I think you work with agile one because you care about those things, whether you're a customer or a supplier. So Here's the partnership. Thank you. This supplier is a newer partner to agile one. And, none of our friends from our last company, our MSP partners would called us back. We were a startup firm. And, Brian and his team, the leadership team here at Hasone, they took the call. I want I I want when I want you to just look and see the standing applause for you. Yeah. I give a little bit of that. You you guys, you step up all the time. Brian and I talk about you guys. Yeah. You're a family. You understand what that means regardless of your last name. You are incredible to these companies in this room. You're incredible to the Adriwon brand, and you're incredible to your communities that you work in served for. We gotta give you the the honor you deserve. So My brother has prepared the comments because does it so well. But I just have to say thank you, thank you, everyone, sir, Jan, that Brian, and just the whole agile team, has been an incredible membership. Of course, thank you to the customers. We've been here many times, and this is the one award that we've never won. And so if you get over first to succeed, well, seven, eight times later, you you you eventually do. So, perseverance and determination. Right? So James, I'll let you Thank you. Well, first and foremost, I wanna say, for many of you, it's been three long years. Welcome back. It is great to you again. You hope everyone in your families, everybody's doing okay. Just just great to see you all again. I did wanna just share a couple of salutations and thank yous, first to you, Jan's. First to Brett the entire Halroy family. You do personify both, not just in staffing. Successful family business, second generation, and the American dream. It really personifies coming here all these years, listening to a lot of what you've had to say. That is really what. It's just it's an unbelievable thing to be a part So thank you. Thank you to you and your family. I also wanted to recognize, of course, the clients that are that are here today. Many of them had come from far and wide be here of things that have not happened, have not transpired personally to touch the touch, you know, the the touches the last couple of years. So thank you for making the efforts to obviously be with the Agiluan Oregon but also to spend time with the suppliers as well. A special thanks also to the entire Agile One organization. The executive leadership people like BC, Brian Clark. Okay. And congratulations. People like David Lewis, like Stacy, people that we know have put in global tracking putting in so much time to help build this brand into a phenomenal brand that it is today. Fantastic. I'm also fortunate to be able to work with a lot of the managing directors and operational leadership people within Azure, and I want to recognize them today as well. The managing directors, the operation directors that are here today, many of you have been with the organization for many years, the blood sweat and tears, you and your teams, the CSMs, the CSAs with you. We see it all the time, the countless hours, the long weekends, to trying to make this work. Just another fantastic job kudos to all of you. And thank you.
