This month marked the official grand opening of the expansive 433 acre mixed-use project, Grandscape!

In the spring of 2017, VCC officially broke ground on what would become Grandscape lifestyle center. They are grateful to Nebraska Furniture Mart for trusting them to fulfill their vision of a vibrant and interactive community. Though construction is ongoing, VCC has completed outdoor shopping areas, most of the restaurant district (including Davios, Seven Doors Kitchen, Walk-Ons), Galaxy Theatres, Andretti Karting, office building, and an over 3300 space parking garage, so far. As you walk around the development you will find lush landscaping that includes the area in front of the stage, along with interactive features such as digital signage, wayfinding, kaleidoscope, and water features. There is so much to see and do in this one-of-a-kind area!

Within Grandscape, VCC is currently constructing a 14 story multifamily tower called Live Grandscape for Lanoha Development. It will include 345 units, multiple pools, large amenity spaces, exercise facilities, doggy day care and park, co-working spaces. Merriman Anderson Architects is the architecture firm for both the lifestyle center and multifamily areas.
