TMGcore, a Texas-based two-phase liquid immersion platform company, unveiled its innovative data center of the future at SC19 in Denver, Colorado. The startup, now two years old, showcased its cutting-edge technology and vision for high-density computing at their immersive booth.

The Problem: Traditional data centers require large amounts of space and significant cooling solutions. In addition, deploying traditional servers involves logistical and practical complexities. As data demands grow, these problems become increasingly problematic, leading to inefficiencies and higher costs.

The Solution: TMGcore has developed their own server technology and works with other major manufacturers like Dell to build devices compatible with their two-phase liquid immersion system. Their technology, like the TMGcore HydroBlade 16-11, offers a glimpse into what is possible in a liquid environment. With 16 Nvidia Tesla V100s double-stacked just millimeters apart, it demonstrates the ability to achieve more than 6000 watts of power in a 1U space.

Their offering extends beyond servers to the TMGcore Auto 120 unit, a fully automated, robotically controlled, 120KW data center in a box. This solution delivers all network power and cooling needs in a 60-foot enclosure, utilizing a range of fluids from companies like 3M and Solvay.

The Outcome: TMGcore’s technology is designed to replace traditional data center deployments. A single Auto 120 unit can replace multiple conventional racks depending on the deployment. The major advantage of the TMGcore system is not just the density but also the reduced need for traditional data center infrastructure like raised floors, air conditioning, or air cleaning systems. Their system can operate just as efficiently inside a steel shed as it would in a conventional data center.

When deployed correctly, the TMGcore system can achieve Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) scores of 1.028, making it one of the most efficient solutions for high-density computing. The impressive performance of TMGcore’s technology and their ambitious vision for the future of data centers has drawn significant attention following their launch at SC19.

With their innovative immersion cooling technology, TMGcore is not only reducing the logistical and practical complexities of traditional data center deployments but also paving the way for the next generation of high-density computing.

Hi. I'm Rich with Insight HPC. We're here at s c nineteen in Denver, Colorado. And today we're at the booth called TMG Core. This is a new company. We have the COO Taylor. Taylor, thanks for having me. Maybe we should start beginning. Who is TMG Core? And who do you help here? Yeah. Absolutely. So we are a startup. We're about two years in now. We're based in Plano, Texas, and we are a two phase liquid immersion platform company. Well, you've got this amazing booth here. It's kind of the data center of the future. Is that the idea? Yeah. So we wanted to show the data center of the future So on the left here, you'll see our data center room. We wanted to give a real experience for everyone in there and show everyone auto. So there's some different sector specific videos and different media in there. And then on the right side, we have a control room. We just wanted to show people how condensed the control room for b for megawatts all over the world. Okay. Okay. So, you know, when I think about immersion cooling, do I dunk my server in, or do you guys help build the devices? So we do both We build our own servers. Over there, you'll see a sixteen eleven, which is our GPU board. We're also working with Dell on a conversion board for their forty one forty. So we are both making own servers, we are providing a conversion blade as well for other people to put their own stuff in. Then we're also working with OEMs to produce the the next generation of data center technology that is going to be bill for two phase liquid immersion. You know, that was something seeing a Dell blade or whatever or your module ready to go here and you're just coming out of stealth this is pretty amazing. So congratulations on that. Can we go inside and see the the immersion cooling devices? Yeah. Absolutely. Let's go give you guys a tour. So Taylor, what do we have here? So here's the t m g core Dell forty one forty. It was really important for us to build an ecosystem that would make people comfortable. Moving over to immersion. So we're working with a lot of the major providers to provide SKUs that you would order from your regular distributor and deploy just like you would any other server in the world. So here we have is this an auto ready blade? What are we looking at? Yeah. So this is t m g core's hydro blade sixteen eleven. So we do not wanna and become a server manufacturer. We wanted to show the world what was capable inside the fluid. So we worked at the company called Lumenier to engineer this blade right here. It has sixteen NVIDIA Tesla v one hundreds. It's double stacked. It started its life as an insper board. So insper did a lot of the original engineering, and then we worked with Lumineer to complete it. So we do power delivery here on the board, network and power from the tank all through the bottom on the backplane. So it's a it's a different way of architecturing things, and with the immersion, you're able to double stack these GPUs. They're just a couple millimeters apart and able to give us the density of over six thousand watts in one u. Wow. Taylor. So this is the tank. This is the TMG core machine. Yeah. So behind me is the TMG core auto one twenty unit. It is a hundred and twenty KW data center in a box that is robotically controlled and fully automated. So this provides all of your network power and cooling all in the sixty foot enclosure. It's a two phase liquid emergency system. It utilizes a wide range of fluids from both three m and solvay. There's twenty blade slots in here. Each slot has power, including available per six thousand watts. We provide network one, ten, hundred, and infiniband on the backplane. So we have a wide range of networking options and power options. You guys have seen the server plates that will be incorporated. Yep. These have all go inside these units. How many equivalent racks can you do in one unit like this? Are we talking to It's depending on how they're deployed, so your standard data center is gonna be eight KW rack, and then we have some people that'll be going up to fifty KW rack using rear door heat exchangers. The the main advantage of this not only is the densities, but you don't need the raised floor or any of the air conditioning or air cleaning or anything like that. This unit could sit inside of a steel shed and provide you the same amount of performance as it would in your typical data center. So it's a different way deploying it, but when it's deployed correctly, you're looking at PUE's of one point o two eight, which is a massive leap for doing this type of computing. Xtellio brings telematics to jobsite tools and heaters

Xtellio launched a two-tier telematics platform in March 2026: 32 battery-powered Xense sensors for small tools and wired Pro-Xentral devices for excavators, light towers and heaters. The company claims a 10-year battery life. Data is delivered through open APIs, which Xtellio frames as customer ownership of the data, aimed at rental and construction fleets where small assets have gone largely untracked.

Senate bill would double smart water grants to $50 million a year

S. 2388, the Water Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2025, would double an EPA water tech pilot to $50 million a year through 2028. Grants would cover design, construction, training and operations for leak detection, advanced metering and AI analytics, WaterWorld reported. Planning and maintenance stay on the utility's tab.

  • 03The existing pilot program's authorization runs through 2026, per WaterWorld; the bill would extend it to 2028, and its last reported status was 'introduced' as of Aug. 12, 2025.
