In the pursuit of heightened scientific precision, TMC, a pioneering company in vibration isolation, brings forth its CleanBench™ laboratory table, a product that encapsulates both performance and flexibility. Furnished with gimbal piston isolators, the CleanBench™ is ideal for applications that involve patch clamping, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and confocal microscopy.

Designed with user adaptability in mind, CleanBench™ provides the user with the unique capacity to switch between gimbal piston and MaxStand isolators, according to their specific application needs. The gimbal piston isolators, a self-settling element within the CleanBench™ line, delivers superb stability within seconds, ensuring the continuity of precision-oriented tasks.

However, when there is a change in application, or when there’s a need for quicker settling times, CleanBench™ offers the ease of upgrading to MaxStand isolators. This is achieved by simply removing a few screws from the gimbal piston, sliding it out, and inserting the new MaxStand module in its place.

The MaxStand isolators come into their own in more demanding applications involving downward forces such as robotics or moving stages in the x-y direction. Not only does the MaxStand module settle at almost half the time of the gimbal piston setup, but it also sustains and provides quicker recovery from disturbances, resulting in enhanced performance of the table and the equipment it supports.

CleanBench™ caters to a variety of weight requirements, offering options from gimbal piston to MaxStand isolators that can support up to eighteen thousand pounds in custom solutions. Each standard leg of the CleanBench™ table is designed to handle up to three hundred fifty pounds, collectively accommodating up to fourteen hundred pounds.

With a blend of adaptability, robustness, and high performance, the CleanBench™ laboratory table by TMC is well suited to a range of demanding applications. Offering flexibility between the gimbal piston as the standard setup and the option to upgrade to MaxStand isolators for quicker settling time, TMC ensures that no matter the change in your requirements or the intensity of your application, your work remains steady and uninterrupted.

Hi, everyone. My name is Jake Parazo on the sales engineer at TMC. Last week, we talked about the difference between damping and isolation, where we showed you the difference between an undamped top and a damp top So today, we wanna focus more on the isolation, which is the gimbal piston isolators and our flagship product. This is the TMC clean bench laboratory table. So what we're using inside these legs are the gimbal piston isolators, and these are good for any application using patch clamping, IVF, comfortable microscopy. So these are gonna be self settling isolators inside of the clean bench line of the gray table. So as you see when I push on this table top, it's gonna settle itself after a few seconds. One of the things we're most proud of at TMC is the upgrading path that we allow you to choose. So if you have a change in application, anything from let's say IVF to a moving stage on top of your workstation. We have an upgrade path for you to upgrade to the Mac stand isolators, which are good for settling times compared to Gimbal Busy. This is a max stand isolator module right here. All you have to do is pop a few sat screws out of the gimbal piston, you take it out and slide the new module right in. Now that we weft and the Max stand isolators, I wanna talk about where you would use these versus a gimbal piston standard setup. So the Max stand isolators are gonna offer a faster settling time. When you push on the top, you'll notice that it completely settles in in about half the time, if not better in most instances. So applications that are demanding with forces from the top down such as robotics applications, moving stage in the x y direction. That's where you would wanna use a max standby slip. For wake and pass, these on both the gimbal piston and the mastering isolators, we go all the way up to eighteen thousand pounds in some custom solutions. The standard that you'll be looking at here, Inside of the legs are gonna be three hundred fifty pounds each. So three fifty, three fifty, three fifty, three fifty for a total of fourteen hundred pounds. Bring everything together. You're gonna see Gimbal piston as our standard setup and a lot of applications involving IVF, electrophysiology, patch clamping. If you do have a more demanding application where you require a quicker settling time from the tabletop or from the isolated, such as the moving stage in the x y direction, or a robot application on the top of the table, you would want to switch to the max standby slayers. And as always, if you have any questions or custom applications you want to discuss for the TMCCM engineer, please feel free to reach out.
