So Paragon Innovations is a thirty year old company and we design products for other companies on an outsource basis. So we're an engineering group full of mechanical, electrical, and software slash firmware engineers, and companies come to us with their product ideas We had big large multinational companies or small startups, and then we transform their ideas into a product that can be manufactured. You know, Paragon has competitors all over the country and all over the world for that matter. What separate sites I think is our attention to detail through documentation and through process And then culturally, we have a group of engineers who can actually communicate. Harragon is really all about customer success. At the core of that is innovation, so the company values are incredibly important. We are all different as engineers, we bring different set of skills to the table. It is nice to see that we come and we're able to take advantage of each other's talents. I started with paragon back in nineteen ninety four. I was actually the first full time engineer. The reasons I stay here are, you know, the variety of the projects and the people. We get along really well. It's a kind of a family environment. You know, we we learn to, you know, appreciate each other and and sort of draw other strengths. There's a lot of information sharing, you know, experience sharing, mentoring, technically, you know, get to know each other pretty well and and have pretty good or poor. We all bring different strengths and weaknesses, try to, you know, play doh to play with our strengths and and that kind of thing, and have a good time doing it. We want to continue own our facility. We've got all the space in the road we need, so we're just hoping to grow.
