Hi. I'm John Casey from Main Touch Controls. Wire KP KPIs important to the value of energy management? Primarily because our customers demand verifiable return on investment when they partner with us. We work together with our customers from the very beginning to build a model that estimates the value returned using achievable energy savings, and the results of a more optimized repair and maintenance program against the cost of investment, And we use that as a benchmark to measure our progress throughout our engagement. We will use those KPIs on a quarterly basis measure our actual collective achievements. And we constantly look for new strategies and opportunities to either exceed or to meet or exceed those objectives. What's this resulted in? Well, this discipline has helped us return two hundred and forty percent ROI, collectively, to all of our customers over five years. And a one point five year payback. And by the way, it has also enabled us to achieve a one hundred percent customer renewal rate which is unheard of in our industry. That's why KPIs are important to the value of energy management.
