We’re excited to introduce Patrick Swan, a dedicated facility manager with eight years of experience in the industry. Patrick’s journey in the field started as a low-entry level technician and gradually climbed the ranks to become a facility manager, handling critical and data infrastructure. He is passionate about his role at Aligned and cherishes the strong camaraderie among his colleagues, considering them as a second family due to the countless hours they spend together.

As a facility manager, Patrick’s day-to-day responsibilities revolve around ensuring smooth and safe operations within the facility, maintaining 100% uptime, and keeping customers satisfied. He handles a wide range of tasks, from managing toilets to dealing with medium voltage switch gear, depending on the situation at hand.

On a personal note, Patrick has a lifelong dream of visiting Ireland, the motherland of his family’s roots. The desire to trace his heritage and experience the culture makes it an important item on his bucket list. Looking ahead to 2023, Patrick is eagerly anticipating a new adventure as he takes on the role of FM for Phoenix 04 at Aligned’s Chandler facility. He is excited to witness the level of ownership and dedication from the team relocating there and has high expectations for a successful venture. Patrick Swan’s journey exemplifies the rewards of dedication and hard work in the facility management industry. His commitment to smooth operations, love for his team, and aspirations for personal growth make him a valuable asset to Aligned and an inspiration for others in the field.
