Devin also talks about how he got into entrepreneurship, which came from feeling challenged with the hierarchical structure in place where the leadership was not equipped to drive change both from a technical and human emotion perspective. Devin also shares an example of a dysfunctional environment he had to tackle and the pillar of successfully completing the project was by creating a positive work environment and improving communication with the employees while eliminating any anger or negative feelings.
