Intro to the Luminex

Congratulations on your new Luminex purchase from stenograph. Why don't we take a look? When you get your Luminex in the mail, carefully unpack it from the box. You'll notice that it comes with a protective tote, a charger, a microfiber cleaning cloth and cleaning solution for your screen, a USB cable, and a USB card reader. Everything you need to get started. To power on your writer, simply press and hold the left most function button for two seconds. Next, go to stenograph dot comutility CD, and download and install our drivers, utilities, and user guide to your computer. Use the included USB cable to connect your rider to your computer, then load your personal dictionary, and that's it. Your Luminex is ready to go. The Luminex allows you to make adjustments and customize in ways that fit your personal preferences and needs. For example, adjust the depth of stroke by rolling the left thumb wheel towards you for a shorter depth of stroke or away from you for a longer depth of stroke. Use the right thumb wheel to adjust the keyboard tension. Decrease the tension by rolling the right thumb wheel towards you or increase tension by rolling it away from you. Weighing in at only three and a half pounds, the Luminex is our lightest writer yet. It has a built in power source, as well WiFi and Bluetooth connection for maximum mobility. The Luminex is designed to let you work the way you want in any space, The tripod that comes with your new Luminex allows for a hundred and forty degrees of tilt, and that's in addition to the writer's own one hundred and eighty degree screen tilt capability How's that for flexibility?
