Shanissa, thanks so much for for joining me in kind of reflecting for just a couple minutes on the partnership and of course the the impact to the current and future state of foundation academies. Can you just thirty seconds to a minute? What what is Foundation Academy is about? And then we'll connect on a few other points Okay. Thanks, Chad. Foundation Academy is a k through twelve public charter school in Trenton, New Jersey. We service about seven percent, so almost ten percent of the population here in Trenton. And we're a charter school that really believes in excellence. In education and self. Right? So really matching all of the skills a scholar needs to be successful out side of school. So for that reason, our education doesn't stop here in k through twelve. Education, we follow our scholars in college and career to make they're able to reach, you know, their purpose in life. I love that. When you first reached out to to TSG. What what was the reason for that at the court? At the court for me, it was I was going to be new in my role as chief talent officer. And I knew that we are currently in a transition of right, who we are as a organization. The Chief Talent Officer role was brand new to the organization as well. After going through the Sherm conference and seeing you at the Sherm conference, I was able I knew that priority for us would be able to determine who we are as a organization so that everything we did was intentionally in line with who we say we are. And who we need to be. I appreciate that. What was what was the value and impact from the work we did together that you see today and ultimately how you see that Karen forward as things continue to progress. I think the value in the work that we did today was a two things, really a holistic view. A holistic view of right who we are to the people whom we service, which are our students and our families, our community, our staff, and the organization. So that really holistic you so that we're not looking at any single group in isolation, but putting everybody together. And the other thing that I can name is Clarity. That clarity on who we are and really being steadfast in who we own. And that really enables us to make the shifts that needs to happen because some things take sacrifice But if we can always ground ourselves in this is who we said we are and this is who we said we need to be, even when we're making those sacrifice spices, I think that we're able to make them from a a a seat of genuineness in in a in a very informed c. Right? Love that last question. Why would you truly recommend others in similar challenges regardless of industry but just what you've experienced and why it was needed, why would you recommend others to oh, you've you've really should partner with TSG. Why would you recommend that? I will recommend TSG mainly because It's difficult to be successful at anything if you don't know your purpose. And a lot of times, right, we act out of what we just do. We perform fast. And we work really hard pray. I believe that people work really hard. But when it's not grounded in purpose, and when you're not grounded in purpose, then it's it's difficult to make sure that that work is paying off. So if you really wanna be successful and really capitalize on all of the energy that you're putting out, you should ground and purpose and be relentless in that. And TSG helps to be able to solidify what that purpose is. And how to go get that purpose. I love that back and go get it. Right? You can have it. Look really good on the wall, but then he'll get it as key. Thanks so much for taking the time. Always. Not just a pleasure. It's always awesome to connect with you. Appreciate it. Likewise. Likewise. Thank you.
