In the aviation industry, the AMT shortage is a pressing concern. However, FEAM Aero, a renowned Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO), is taking proactive steps to tackle this challenge head-on. With over 36 locations across the United States and 20 locations overseas, FEAM Aero is dedicated to excellence.

To address the AMT shortage, FEAM Aero has formed a strategic partnership with Epic Flight Academy at CVG. As a result, this collaboration has led to the development of a new state-of-the-art classroom and facility, laying the foundation for producing more skilled AMTs in the future. By joining forces, Epic and FEAM Aero aim to eliminate the scarcity of talented technicians.

One key factor in FEAM Aero’s success is the unwavering dedication of its recruitment team. They tirelessly visit schools nationwide, spreading the word about the exceptional opportunities FEAM Aero offers. Additionally, the team emphasizes the organization’s commitment to training and career advancement, nurturing individuals to become proficient in working on large jets—a crucial aspect of the industry.

The benefits FEAM Aero offer are a major draw for prospective employees. Moreover, long-term and short-term disability plans, as well as extended life insurance, offer peace of mind to employees. At FEAM Aero, the emphasis on continuous training is a cornerstone of their approach. By investing in the growth of each individual, FEAM Aero fosters an environment of ongoing improvement. Consequently, this not only benefits the employees themselves but also enables FEAM Aero to thrive as an organization. The skills and knowledge gained by individuals in their training can be applied to working on large jets, ensuring a strong foundation for their future success.

FEAM is a maintenance repair organization, an MRO. They have over thirty six locations across the US. They have over twenty locations overseas. FEAM is addressing the shortage of AMT or aircraft technicians by partnering with Epic Flight Academy. Here at CVG. We're actually building a new classroom, a new facility, and with that partnership between Epic and FEAM is gonna benefit us in the long run to produce more AMTs in the future and help us eliminate that shortage. That's the big thing. One of the things that I've seen that FEAM has done to overcome the shortage in the industry is with the recruiting team. The recruiting team now is able to go out and visit all of the schools throughout the United States and get the word out about what FEAM really is and what we do and how we're able to bring individuals in and train them and put them through a training that's gonna benefit them again in the long run. Teach them how to work on these big jets. And I think that's very important. The other thing is that we partnered with some schools. We are currently opening up a new school here on CVG for FEAM, and that's going to be very important because They can feed us people. We can feed people into them that we find that are able to become better technicians. And I think still a continuous training, continuous training to help that individual, to help fiend continuously grow. That's what it Benefits for FEAM are very important to a lot of people. They have your medical, your dental, your vision. They also have a four zero one k with a three percent match, which is very good. They also have long term, short term disability, as well as extended life insurance, which is really good for a lot of people. It makes it a lot easier when we bring a person in to mold that individual to continue training them so that they can use that type of training, that type of environment, at a later date, and it makes it all around better for the individual. It helps them to grow. It helps them to see what other possibilities are out there for them to grow, as well as to also grow within feet. So it's a big benefit for us. It's a benefit for the individual, and they can use that technology that we teach them for the large jets in the future.
