Publish content that helps a defined business audience understand a problem, process or real example. Completing an edit does not by itself establish that the content is ready for public use.

Before you start

Identify the intended audience and destination. Have a reviewer who can verify technical claims and confirm that the people and source material can be published.

Steps

  1. Step 1. Open the completed version in Media Studio. Watch or read the whole asset, including captions, names, graphics and closing information.

  2. Step 2. Check that the content answers a specific question. For example: “How do we inspect this component before installation?” is more useful than an unsupported promotional claim.

  3. Step 3. Verify figures, product names and quotes against approved sources. Resolve confidential details, customer permissions and any required internal review before publishing.

  4. Step 4. Confirm the intended author and a suitable cover. Prepare an accurate story draft, or ensure the transcript is ready for automated drafting.

  5. Step 5. Choose Publish to MarketScale, select an eligible Industry article or Creator hub destination, and complete Generate draft.

  6. Step 6. Review the generated publication draft, then choose Publish. Open the final live page and check the content again.

Check the result

The public page should communicate the intended lesson accurately, with the correct author, cover and media. Publication does not guarantee featured placement or social amplification.

If something does not work

  • The source is a working cut: complete the edit and required review first.

  • A claim cannot be verified: revise or remove it before publishing.

  • A particular placement is important: discuss it with your MarketScale contact; do not assume the publishing control purchases or guarantees promotion.
