SDLC Corp launches Pulastya AI, a voice agent platform that answers business calls from a company's own documents

SDLC Corp launched Pulastya AI, a voice agent platform that answers and places business calls 24/7 using company documents without requiring a long integration process. The platform connects to existing phone numbers and OpenAI accounts, handles calls that it cannot answer by transferring to staff, and saves full transcripts for context.

SDLC Corp has launched Pulastya AI, a platform for building AI voice agents that answer and place business phone calls 24/7 using a company's own documents. Businesses connect their own Twilio or Exotel phone number and their own OpenAI account. They upload their FAQs and policies, then test the agent from a browser before it takes real calls. According to the company, most teams can complete setup in under 30 minutes once those accounts and documents are ready.

Pulastya AI answers callers only from the PDFs a business uploads. When a question isn't covered, it tells the caller so instead of guessing. When a caller needs a person, the agent transfers the call to staff and marks it as transferred. The transcript and call context are saved, so the team can pick up without asking the caller to repeat anything. In SDLC Corp's internal testing, the full loop of speech recognition, language model and voice output responded in about 500 milliseconds. Callers can also interrupt the agent mid-sentence.

The launch comes as AI voice agents spread from large contact centers to smaller organizations. Gartner projected in 2022 that conversational AI would reduce contact center agent labor costs by $80 billion in 2026 and that one in 10 agent interactions would be automated by 2026. Gartner also noted that labor can make up as much as 95% of contact center costs. It estimated integration pricing at $1,000 to $1,500 per conversational AI agent. Pulastya AI is aimed at clinics, banks, real estate offices, hotels, schools and support teams that want to answer more calls without a long integration project.

"Most businesses don't miss calls because they don't care. They miss them because voice AI has mostly been built and priced for large contact centers," said Anuj Yadav, co-founder and chief business officer of SDLC Corp. "With Pulastya AI, a clinic or a real estate office keeps its own phone number, its own API keys and its own call data. It can hear the agent on a test call before a single customer does."

The platform ships with starter prompts for seven areas: healthcare, banking, real estate, e-commerce, hospitality, education and general customer support. Voices come from Amazon Polly, Google, OpenAI and ElevenLabs, including Indian, British and US English voices. Every call is saved with its status, full transcript, summary, caller intent and sentiment.

For larger teams, Pulastya AI adds four access roles (user, manager, admin and super admin) and an audit view. It also offers an API that sends call status, transcripts, and transfer and escalation events to a company's own systems. Twilio, Exotel and OpenAI credentials are stored encrypted and masked in the workspace.

"We designed the agent to know where its knowledge ends," said Shashank Jaiswal, project lead for Pulastya AI at SDLC Corp. "If the answer isn't in the documents a business approved, the right move is a clean handoff to a person, not a confident guess."

SDLC Corp positions Pulastya AI for administrative and informational calls such as appointment questions, bookings, order status and property inquiries. According to the company, the platform should not be used for medical diagnosis, emergency response, financial or legal advice, or sensitive account verification. Businesses remain responsible for call-recording consent under local law.

Pulastya AI is available now in Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans, priced by use case and call volume. Businesses can book a demo at https://pulastya.sdlccorp.com.

Google Just Put AI Chips in Orbit. The Real Story Is the Power Bill on the Ground.

Google launched a prototype satellite carrying four Trillium TPUs to test whether the chips can survive launch and operate under orbital radiation and heat constraints, driven by power limits on the ground. It is not a data center but a survival test for durability, radiation resistance, and heat dissipation, signaling that energy availability—not chips or models—is becoming the limiting factor for AI infrastructure growth.

  • 01Project Suncatcher's first satellite is a survival test for hardware durability, not operational compute capacity for actual workloads
  • 02Orbital solar can deliver up to 8x more power, and Google research suggests launch costs could drop below $200/kg by the mid-2030s, bringing space build costs closer to some Earth equivalents.

Microsoft frames its Ignite security week around AI agents with real access

Microsoft's Ignite security program centers on AI agents with real access to identities, data and cloud resources.

  • 01Deciding what each agent is allowed to see is where the work sits when governance is missing; CDW research cited by BizTech found 51% of respondents have an established data governance framework.
  • 02The Nov. 17 keynote is the signal to watch: data-level Agent 365 controls would suggest Microsoft is tackling the governance gap; mostly new SOC agents would leave it with customers.

Google's Most Powerful AI Model Went to Cyber Defenders First. That's the New B2B Playbook.

Google launched Gemini 4 Argon, its most capable AI model, with gated access rolling out first through the Fairwind Program to “trusted cyber defenders,” with paid API customers and Google AI Ultra subscribers next—signaling a shift from open consumer launches to trust-based, tiered enterprise distribution. Argon supports up to 1 million output tokens and posts knowledge-work and engineering benchmarks like 51.3% on AutomationBench and 77.9% on DeepSWE v1.1.

  • 011 million output tokens enable end-to-end deliverables: complete codebases, financial analyses, or legal drafts in a single pass, changing the unit of work for knowledge professionals.
  • 02Fairwind Program already includes 650+ organizations across government, critical infrastructure, and security partners; Wiz used Argon to find a critical healthcare vulnerability previous frontier models missed.
  • 03AI governance programs are now procurement requirements; enterprises should audit security and data controls, map high-cost knowledge workflows (contract review, financial modeling, codebase modernization), and evaluate models by task rather than by vendor.
