Nick Kline addresses a customer’s concern about why Polygon, despite having fewer equipment than their competitors, can still deliver satisfactory results. The customer, Kevin, questions the impact of having less equipment on the effectiveness and price of Polygon’s services. Nick explains that Polygon takes a customized approach by considering the customer’s specific requirements, such as the building, construction stage, and timeline. Instead of relying on generic rules or past projects, Polygon designs their solutions tailored to meet the customer’s needs precisely. This personalized approach may result in either fewer or more equipment than competitors, but the key advantage lies in the equipment being specifically optimized for the customer’s project. This ensures that the equipment provided will neither be excessive nor inadequate for the job at hand.

I was recently doing a big review and my customer, Kevin, asked me and he said, look, my my super and Kevin Frank, he he keeps asking me like what is the deal? Why? This polygon have less equipment than their competitors. That's making a big difference in the price but like that's great but is it gonna work? And so I told him I said, again look. You came to me and said, hey, this is what I need for my building. This is when I need it. This is the stage of construction I'll be in. And so I actually took all of that into consideration and sized something up specific to your needs. Didn't just use a rule of thumb, didn't look at the project we did last month. It was kinda sort of maybe similar. We looked at exactly what you need and sometimes that means that I come up with less equipment than my competition. And other times, it means that I come up with more equipment than my competition. But the good news is that it was designed specifically for you. Therefore, it should meet your needs and not be too much and not be too low.
