Customer Thoughts on Partnership
Will's Thoughts
The relationship with UFP Concrete Forming Solutions and Gates is a strong one. I mean, I genuinely consider Gates a partner to UFP. I view Gates as a resource, whether it's design, hardware, assets, or logistics, Gates is there to help. I often troubleshoot a lot of tricky and challenging jobs from an architectural standpoint to finish to timeliness and then efficiencies in the field. Gates is a huge asset.
I genuinely consider Gates a partner to UFP.

Amie's Thoughts
Mill Supply started in 1991 as a family business. The core values that we had 30-something years ago are still important today. We feel it's important that we've partnered with vendors that have those same values and Gates having those same family core values is important to us. We look forward to working with Gates to provide our customers with the best quality product that is out on the market right now and we feel that Gates can provide that, on service, quality, innovation, and training. We want to partner with Gates to take the industry in Louisville to the next step.
David's Thoughts
It's an honor to work with Gates for about 17 years now. They go as far as designing our core formwork designs, and as far as getting our platforms designed as well. Our company owns a lot of the Gates systems as far as number five, number three, and number nine systems. We have also a good supply of tube adapter systems that we go to, we own our ties and if we don't have what we need, we come back down here to Gates to get it.
Michael's Thoughts
Gates is one of the top products that I love to use because it provides a system that can be tweaked to make projects work exactly how a customer wants it to respond to them. One of the most important things that I enjoy dealing with Gates is its people. They're great people. They treat me like family. I may not be the biggest concrete supply forming company in the world, but they treat me like I'm extremely important to them.
They treat me like family.
