Hi. I'm John Bailey. I'm the VP of Operations here at InTouch. And the question is, what makes the operations team different at InTouch? Well, it's really three things that we that we try to do here with operations at InTouch. The first is the installation process. We follow a very strict process to be able to ensure good, clean, successful installations at our client locations. Myself and our two project managers We've built this process over the course of twelve to thirteen years working together. The whole entire goal of our installation process is to complete, like I said before, good clean installations at our client locations. Second is InTouch is all about the data. Right? It's not just the data that we provide to our clients, but it's the data we use internally to improve our responses to our client's needs. Whether that be through their CMS system or through our own internal automation working with our science, data that comes in, and improving our responses. Last but not least, our team cares. We we have a small dedicated team in the operations They work hard day in and day out seven days a week to provide the best care for our clients and just make sure we offer a good touch for every client.
