Before you start
Your company must have Rewards enabled, and your account must be authorized to manage rewards. Confirm your company’s policy, available funding and intended recipients. Rewards payments are separate from your MarketScale subscription. If Add a reward is missing, ask your Admin or MarketScale contact about eligibility; do not assume every plan or channel has access.
Steps
Create the Request and review its questions, audience and intended use. When Add a reward is available, turn it on.
Set Reward per person. Choose an amount supported by every gift card you select. For example, a $25 reward offered to ten qualifying people has a maximum face value of $250.
Under Let them choose, select 2–4 gift-card choices from the catalog available to your company. Search available gift cards narrows that catalog; it does not search every retailer worldwide.
Set Number of rewards available and review Request reward budget against the company spending limit. Do not confuse the maximum offer value with money already spent or the number of invitations.
Read What counts as completion? All required questions must be answered, plus the configured minimum audio/video duration or written-response length. Set realistic requirements for your question and explain them before respondents begin.
Choose Use these gift cards. Recheck the saved reward, questions and audience before publishing the Request through the form or guided flow.
If payment terms, funding or delivery setup needs attention, follow the exact notice and contact the authorized company owner when needed. If you deliberately want a non-reward Request, turn off Add a reward and review the invitation wording before sending.
After sending, check the active Request and its reward terms. Use Rewards history to distinguish completion, claim and gift delivery. Review contributed content separately before approving or publishing it.
Check the result
The active Request shows the intended reward amount, choices, number available and completion rules. Publishing a Request does not prove invitations arrived or that a respondent has earned, claimed or received a gift.
If something does not work
No gift cards or fewer than two choices are available: try again later or intentionally continue without a reward. Do not promise an unavailable retailer.
The amount is rejected: choose an amount supported by all selected cards. Check the remaining company limit as well as the Request’s maximum value.
New rewards or card payments are paused: open the displayed Reward payments action and have an authorized owner resolve the issue.
Saving or sending is unconfirmed: check the saved Request and resume its recovery flow before creating another offer.
