Brand Brain helps Studio use your brand context during content work. It still needs accurate inputs and human review.

How do I add the basics?

  1. Step 1. Open Brand Brain → Brand in the intended channel.

  2. Step 2. Review the company, audience and voice fields. For website-assisted setup, enter Website URL, choose Learn from website and inspect the resulting values against approved sources.

  3. Step 3. Correct errors and wait for Saved. Reopen an important field to confirm it persisted.

How do I add a reference document?

  1. Step 1. Open Knowledge Files and Create knowledge file. Choose Upload, a link-based file, or a blank file.

  2. Step 2. For Upload, use .md, .markdown or .txt under 1 MB. For a link, provide Page URL and review the generated file.

  3. Step 3. Give it a clear File name, check its contents and intended Internal only setting, and complete creation. Use Save when editing the file later.

How do I fix a memory?

Open Memories. A proposed memory needs Approve before it becomes approved context. Use Edit to correct it or Reject memory to discard the proposal. For an existing approved fact, open Edit, update Description and choose Save changes. Then test a fresh task.

How do I control a connector’s audience?

In Sources, open the connector options → Privacy. Choose Admins only or Members and Save. This controls which channel roles can use that connector and see its data; it is not a promise that every generated output is private or safe to publish.

Is Brand Brain the same as a Brand Book or Saved Order?

No. Brand Brain holds ongoing context; a Brand Book specifies a visual treatment; a Saved Order supplies a reusable production reference. Select the correct reference in the variation or editing workflow when needed.

How do I know the setup works?

Create a short draft from a known source. Check product names, audience, claims and tone. A completed setup or high completeness indicator does not guarantee an accurate draft. If a fact is wrong, correct the stored context and retry.
