Company culture isn't just built in boardrooms or at desks; it's forged in shared experiences, camaraderie, and, in our case, a memorable trip to the State Fair of Texas®. For our latest team outing, we embraced the energy of the fairgrounds to capture Community-Generated Content (CGC) for an exciting company culture video, and the results were nothing short of spectacular.

Scavenger Hunt and Fun at the Fair

The highlight of the day was our scavenger hunt, which guided our team through various iconic fair stops and activities. From riding the Ferris wheel to sampling unique fair foods, each clue led to new opportunities for collaboration and creativity. Every pit stop was a chance to snap selfies, record videos, and capture the essence of who we are as a company — energetic, connected, and always up for a challenge.

Seamless CGC Capture with MarketScale Studio

The best part? We didn’t just capture moments for ourselves; we invited our team to contribute to a bigger project. Using MarketScale Studio, we set up an open link where everyone could upload their photos, videos, and fun moments directly. No hassle, no confusion — just seamless, organized content capture. Every piece of content was automatically stored and ready to be used in post-production, making it easier than ever to put together a professional-grade company culture video.

Our video is live, and it’s not just a highlight reel of our day at the fair; it's a testament to the powerful company culture we’re building — one that values creativity, teamwork, and, of course, a bit of fun along the way.

The State Fair outing was more than just a team-building exercise; it was a prime example of how embracing creativity, spontaneity, and user-generated content (or in this case, community-generated content) can bring teams closer while showcasing the core of who you are as a company. With tools like MarketScale Studio, organizing and amplifying those moments has never been easier.
