Mark Govier, Product Manager at Tempo Communications said testing products and solutions is enabling field technicians to retain clients and inform them of coming changes.

Govier elaborated on how new products will speed up field services and improve the client experience.

Ray Hagen, Americas Product Manager for ProLabs.com explained that companies are embracing open source, or white box solutions. He also explained why disaggregation has become such a buzzword for broadband professionals.

Hagen continued with an explanation what product compatibility means for the industry moving forward.

He also forecast the challenges of rolling out a service like 5G, and what providers must consider when doing so.
